Dressed for Success

Believe it or not, Eowyn started this morning with pants on, onesie buttoned, and socks on feet. She had other ideas, though.

  1. Isn't she adorable! I just love pictures of little Eowyn.

It's remarkable what a lack of interest my child has always shown toward clothing. He NEVER took his own clothes off and will only now do it when instructed. He also doesn't have any clothing preferences. He is reasonably modest, so I never worry/worried about him not wearing enough clothes or taking them off, but what he has on is of little concern to him.

I suspect that one of these days he will care and he does get excited about a cool t-shirt or sweatshirt, but in general, I just haul clothes out of his drawer in the morning and he puts them on... and that's it.

He already needs new jeans, though. I bought him new jeans when it started getting cold and you know we don't exactly have long winters here... but his pants are just plain old too tight. He needs new ones already. Goodness!

BTW, did you have that baby yet!??!! I'm anxious! You're overdue now, right? What about Mere? I talked to Patti on Saturday so I know you didn't have the baby on Saturday... C'mon Laura! When is it babytime!?!

  2. I've known other children who show no interest whatsoever in dressing or clothing. To each his own!

Michael must be growing at an amazing rate. He's so grown up...in school, and reading and everything! It's hard to believe sometimes.

My due date is today, so I'm not overdue yet. Meredith is now one day overdue. But, actually, you're not overdue at all until you pass 42 weeks. So, two more weeks to go! Let's hope not. :-P

  3. Oh yeah... he's giant, wait til you see him in person... right now he weighs 66 lbs. And believe me, it's obvious on the rare occasions when I have to carry him to bed!

Two more weeks!!! You're killing me! C'mon Espen... EMERGE! I can't to see pics of the little cutie. Is Eowyn excited to be a big sister?
